Valarie’s Wicked BBQ Sauce

Tired of picking from the limited store bought bottled barbecue sauces with added preservatives, Valarie developed her Wicked Barbecue sauce. She uses eleven spices and seven sauces to produce her Wicked BBQ sauce. She was looking for a solution to add more flavor and less preservatives to her pulled pork, dips and BBQ chicken. Ironically, this BBQ sauce needs no preservatives because it never lasts long. Both the kids and big kids alike love this BBQ sauce.

She first developed after growing tired of adding classic BBQ, Asian BBQ, or Kansas City BBQ sauce to her pulled pork sandwich. You will love the flavors and want to add more to your sandwich and chicken. The kids crush chicken tenders when they add this amazing flavor to their breaded chicken.

History

Based on the research conducted by the food historians at Cavetools, the first authentic BBQ is traced back to the 1500s. The Spanish introduced the pig to the Native Americans, and taught them the art of slow cooking where BBQ sauce was first developed.

There are four basic BBQ sauce styles in the United States: vinegar and pepper, mustard based, light-tomato, and heavy- tomato.
